RFP 25-01 Leasing Services for Technology Equipment, Software & Related Services
WSIPC is now accepting vendor proposals for RFP 25-01 Leasing Services for Technology Equipment, Software & Related Services that support the evolving digital and operational needs of educational and public agencies outlined in this proposal. This includes educational and public entities within the USA.
As schools continue to modernize classrooms, enhance digital learning, and ensure equitable access to technology, flexible and scalable leasing options have become essential. This RFP addresses the growing demand for cost-effective ways to acquire and maintain up-to-date hardware, software, and infrastructure across school districts—without the burden of large capital investments.
This RFP was established in direct response to the increasing need for sustainable, future-ready technology solutions. It is intended to help customers streamline procurement and reduce costs.
Vendors who believe their solution meets the RFP requirements, specifications, and timelines, are invited to submit a proposal as specified herein.
Any parties interested in responding must complete and send an Intent to Participate Form (Appendix A) to the WSIPC Contracts Administrator at rfpadministration@wsipc.org.
Proposals from vendors must be received by3:00 PM (Pacific Time) on May 5, 2025. Late responses will not be accepted.
