WSIPC Needs Your Innovative Student Safety Solutions!

WSIPC is now accepting vendor proposals for RFP 24-01 Student Safety Solutions. Proposed solutions for Student Safety Solutions must address the student safety needs of educational and public agencies outlined in this proposal. This includes educational and public entities within the USA.

With the proliferation of internet-connected devices and digital learning resources, it is imperative for educators to implement robust online safety measures that protect students from online threats such as cyberbullying, inappropriate content, and malicious websites.

Hardware and software solutions should offer comprehensive features and functionalities tailored to the unique needs of education, and empower educators and administrators to monitor, manage, and safeguard students' online, classroom, and school activities effectively.

The objective of RFP 24-01 Student Safety Solutions is to identify qualified proposers who can demonstrate organizational, functional, and technical capabilities, as well as experience and qualifications necessary to provide and implement comprehensive cutting-edge safety solutions. These solutions must be credible and fully aligned with industry standards and best practices for educational entities and public agency customers.

Vendors who believe their solution meets the RFP requirements, specifications, and timelines, are invited to submit a proposal.

Any parties interested in responding must complete and send an Intent to Participate Form (Appendix A of RFP) to the WSIPC Contracts Administrator at rfpadministration@wsipc.org.

Electronic proposals from vendors must be received by 3:00 PM (Pacific Time) on August 19, 2024. Late responses will not be accepted. The proposal public opening date is subject to change at WSIPC’s sole discretion.
