Exciting News: Copilot is Now Available through Your Microsoft Volume Licensing Agreement!
The Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES) subscription offering is a licensing program that provides subscription licensing for primary and secondary education. EES offers the simplicity of licensing Education Platform Products organization-wide through an annual count of users (known as “Education Qualified Users”) instead of PCs/devices. EES Provides assured coverage for Education Platform Products through one annual count of Education Qualified Users, the ability to add additional products as needed, free licensing options, and student use benefits for popular products.

Your WSIPC Cooperative is excited to announce that Microsoft Copilot is now being offered through our Microsoft EES partnership. AI integration into Microsoft 365 is a powerful addition to our personal productivity capabilities:
Copilot is integrated into Microsoft 365 in two ways. It works alongside you, embedded in the Microsoft 365 apps you use every day — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and more — to unleash creativity, unlock productivity, and uplevel skills. Business Chat works across the large language model (LLM), the Microsoft 365 apps, and your data — your calendar, emails, chats, documents, meetings, and contacts — to do things you’ve never been able to do before. You can give it natural language prompts like “Tell my team how we updated the product strategy,” and it will generate a status update based on the morning’s meetings, emails, and chat threads.
With Copilot, you’re always in control. You decide what to keep, modify, or discard. Now, you can be more creative in Word, more analytical in Excel, more expressive in PowerPoint, more productive in Outlook, and more collaborative in Teams!

Until now the rate per Microsoft Copilot license has been $31/month per user. Under our statewide purchasing agreement, Your Cooperative has negotiated a price of $25.86/month per user!
Normally, Microsoft EES orders wouldn't be taken before the April open enrollment period, however, open enrollment for Copilot launched on February 1st! This is being offered to all staff and students 18 years or older.
