Your dedicated team is ready to provide the answers and guidance you are looking for when you need them.
We’re excited to share that we are preparing to launch Zoho Desk, a new framework and platform for managing support requests! It’s a new world of support. After our initial launch we will be preparing to leverage support that includes AI-powered chat, access to knowledge hubs, and multi-dimensional models of collaborative support. Zoho Desk empowers us with all this and more. With Zoho Desk, we can improve efficiency and effectiveness statewide, working together to reimagine the power of your Cooperative with one platform, one team.
We are currently gathering requirements, configuring, and setting up Zoho Desk. Our project plan includes importing past support ticket data, providing training to ensure our community is ready, and sharing with our statewide communities new ways of responding to support needs – all in preparation for launching Zoho Desk in January 2025!
