WSIPC Celebrates Two Year Qmlativ Anniversary!
WSIPC was the first agency in Washington State to launch Qmlativ. As one of the Early Adopters, we’ve leveraged the Qmlativ software to do our WSIPC business functions for two years now, and we continue to help the product mature for the Washington districts that will soon join us on our Qmlativ adventure.
We love the ability to have and see live data (Views, Filters, Add data fields & Export to Excel) at our fingertips, plus Live Tiles make navigation really easy. The Qmlativ environment in Azure has made working remotely very effective during COVID-19 (roughly 95% of our work can be done remotely).
As functionality is added, our WSIPC team updates our modules, processes, and reporting to optimize Qmlativ functionality (AP Invoice Approvals and Time Off Allocation Import are two examples), and we have had successful Financial, Accountability, and System Conversion SAO audits.
To date on Qmlativ, we have completed 3,519 AR invoices, 2,288 AP checks, 457 ACH transactions, 24 payrolls, 6,809 time off transactions, and 1,096 purchase orders. We are so proud of what we have accomplished together so far with Qmlativ, and we look forward to this next year and all that we will accomplish by our three year anniversary!
