WSIPC Purchasing Program

WSIPC is now utilizing MRSC (Municipal Research and Services Center) Rosters in accordance with RCW 35.22.620, which permits the use of a Small Works Roster to solicit small public works projects, consulting opportunities, and goods and services bids.

Only qualified contractors who have filled out an application to be on the MRSC Small Works Roster, and have been accepted, may submit bids.

MRSC Rosters is the only contracting directory that connects businesses directly with public agencies.

WSIPC would like to invite you to register your business, and join the MRSC Roster list at Business Membership – MRSC Rosters.

WSIPC’s Purchasing Program connects K-12 public and private schools and public agencies to a network of technology partners, leveraging the power of the WSIPC Cooperative to provide competitively bid goods and services at a reasonable cost. Each vendor who becomes a part of WSIPC’s Purchasing Program has been awarded a bid contract through an official RFP process in compliance with Washington State Procurement RCWs.

WSIPC is a non-profit public agency that provides technology solutions, services, and support to K-12 schools. WSIPC’s purpose is to help schools do more with every dollar and to empower them with the tools to work smarter.
