Microsoft EES offers the simplicity of licensing Education Platform Products organization-wide through an annual count of users (known as Education Qualified Users) instead of PCs/devices and the flexibility to order additional products in any quantity.
- Bid according to RCW 28A standards for Washington public school districts
- Counting only Education Qualified Users, you accurately license faculty and staff for the full suite Microsoft cloud services and products
- Education Platform Products are licensed per user, making it easy to account for your Education Qualified Users
- With licensing of qualifying products organization-wide, you're eligible for corresponding subscription licenses for students within the same defined organization at no additional cost
- Easily add licenses for additional products organization-wide, department-wide or individual licenses during our open enrollment add-on periods, January, April or July during the subscription term.
- Subscription and per user licensing eliminates the need to track licenses on every device
- Microsoft 365 A3 and Microsoft 365 A5: Both plans include rights to on-premises versions of the licenses products, as well as the server and Client Access License (CAL) benefits that were included in the Education Desktop.
[NEW Feb 2024] Microsoft 365 Copilot is now available through your Microsoft Volume Licensing Agreement.
Your WSIPC Cooperative is excited to announce that Microsoft Copilot is now being offered through our Microsoft EES partnership. AI integration into Microsoft 365 is a powerful addition to our personal productivity capabilities.
Copilot: Meet Your AI Assistant for Education (youtube link)
Copilot is integrated into Microsoft 365 in two ways. It works alongside you, embedded in the Microsoft 365 apps you use every day — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and more — to unleash creativity, unlock productivity, and uplevel skills. Business Chat works across the large language model (LLM), the Microsoft 365 apps, and your data — your calendar, emails, chats, documents, meetings, and contacts — to do things you’ve never been able to do before. You can give it natural language prompts like “Tell my team how we updated the product strategy,” and it will generate a status update based on the morning’s meetings, emails, and chat threads.
With Copilot, you’re always in control. You decide what to keep, modify, or discard. Now, you can be more creative in Word, more analytical in Excel, more expressive in PowerPoint, more productive in Outlook, and more collaborative in Teams!
Learn more about Copilot here.
Until now the rate per Microsoft Copilot license has been $31/month per user. Under our statewide purchasing agreement, Your Cooperative has negotiated a price of $25.86/month per user!
Normally, Microsoft EES orders wouldn't be taken before the April open enrollment period, however, open enrollment for Copilot launched on February 1st! This is being offered to all staff and students 18 years or older.
